On Sunday 7-22-07 at 2009hrs, the Lansdowne Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Rite Aid store located at 62 E. Baltimore Ave. According to the victim, a B/M Late 20's 5'3" to 5'4" 170lbs with "awful teeth" wearing a white baseball cap did enter the store and pointed a silver semi automatic pistol at the clerk and demanded her to open the cash register drawer. The actor made off with two cartons of cigarettes and was last seen on foot, north bound on Wycombe Ave.
On Sunday 7-22-07 at 2000hrs, the Lansdowne Police department was in the process of investigating a disturbance on the unit block of E. Stewart Ave. Curtis Winston 42yrs old of the Stewart Ave. was arrested after pushing investigating LPD officer McGinnis from behind. He was transported to police headquarters and held overnight to await arraignment before a judge.
On Saturday 7-21-07 at 2350hrs, the Lansdowne Police Department was investigating a call of a suspicious person on N. Wycombe Ave. near Greenwood Ave. Claude Young 21yrs old of the 100 block of Elder Ave. in Yeadon was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the city of Philadelphia.
On Friday 7-20-07 at 0049hrs, the Lansdowne Police Department was investigating a report of a disturbance at the Landon Court Apartments. Jason Trabbold 27yrs old, of the 100 block of S. Lansdowne Ave. was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was transported to police headquarters and housed overnight.
On Thursday 7-19-07 at 1009hrs, Donald Watson 53 yrs old of the 100 block of S. Lansdowne Ave. was arrested after police investigated a report of a disturbance on the unit block of S. Union Ave. Watson was charged with disorderly conduct.
On Tuesday 7-17-07 at 1727hrs, the Lansdowne Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance on the Unit block of S. Union Ave. As a result of the investigation, Kathleen Taylor 48 of the unit block of Oxford St. in Fernwood was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
On Monday 7-16-07 the Lansdowne Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance of Owen Ave. Pursuant to investigation, Zoe Grispino 35yrs old of the unit block of Owen Ave. was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
On Sunday 7-15-07 at 1256hrs, the Lansdowne Police Department responded to the 200 block of N. Maple Ave. for a report of a stabbing. Arriving police learned that the victim had already been transported to Delaware County Memorial Hospital where he later succumbed to a single stab wound to the heart. Jamir Ricks 13yrs old of the 200 block of Maple Ave. was taken into police custody and charged with murder.
On Saturday 7-14-07 at 0611hrs Rafael Paniagua 51yrs old of the 4000 block of N. 8th St. Philadelphia was taken into police custody on the unit block of S. Lansdowne Ave. after police responded to a report of a wanted subject on location. Paniagua had an outstanding warrant from Philadelphia for assault.
On Thursday 7-5-07 at 2042hrs, the Lansdowne Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance in the area of Stewart and Highland Ave. Upon investigation, Robin Hook 44yrs old of the 100 block of N. Highland Ave. and Eugene Keating 45 of the 2000 block of Garrett Rd. in Upper Darby were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
